FEEDBACK AS REQUESTED FROM REVERBNATION'S - INDIE/JAZZ/RAP/BLUES COLLECTIVES (APRIL):

Some people say if it is that easy to be the next big thing then everyone would be number #1 at some stage and would make the killing financially that they are after. Others say that success is subjective.

REVERBNATION as we know as the Facebook of online independent music allows users to listen, list their gigs, get feedback and be mates. They have recently done a collaboration with yo-mtv-raps to incorporate the talent of rap and hip-hop rnb acts. Financially it seems to me that SOUNDCLICK is championed by those who make beats, they get a lot of attention and probably make the most money (Anno Domini beats for example). SOUNDCLOUD is the remix haven, ARTISTSERVER has a 12/13 categories in the electronic scene alone. But Reverbnation seems to be geared towards the NME / ROLLINGSTONE market.

And it comes as no surprise that as soon as I registered myself as a fan not an artist most of the friend requests either automated or manually placed seem to be coming from alternative and rock bands.

All have asked for requests within the last month. So I am placing them here to make note to come back and review and feedback as many as I can from these.
